1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PP6Club platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services provided by pp6club ("Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and contact the pp6club support team to close your account if applicable.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the pp6club Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• You are not located in a geographic region where the use of pp6club services is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You have never been banned or suspended by pp6club previously for any reason.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's personal information.

PP6Club reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent termination.

3 Account Registration & KYC Process

When registering at pp6club, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details to be provided include your full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at pp6club. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Documents that may be required include:

• A copy of a valid MyKad or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Bank statement or screenshot of the e-wallet account used for the transaction

PP6Club reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. The decision of pp6club in this matter is final.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

PP6Club accepts deposits via a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysia players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit allowed is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account level.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• PP6Club does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of any member.
• Failed or delayed deposit transactions must be reported to the pp6club support team within 24 hours.
• PP6Club is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
• All deposits are non-refundable unless a technical error verified by pp6club has occurred.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

PP6Club is committed to processing all valid withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Standard withdrawal processing at pp6club takes between 3 and 30 minutes, depending on the chosen method and your account's KYC status.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The account KYC process must be fully completed before the first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified by pp6club.
• Any wagering requirement associated with a received bonus must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• PP6Club reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawals.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

PP6Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members' loyalty. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time the offer is launched.

General principles applicable to all pp6club bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, or household, unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms and must be fulfilled within the specified time frame.
• PP6Club reserves the right to withdraw any credited bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.

7 Game Rules & Integrity

All games available at pp6club use an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. PP6Club has no control over individual game results.

Players are required to comply with the following rules while playing at pp6club:

• Play fairly and responsibly without using any form of cheating or exploiting bugs.
• Not using any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Not engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of games or the security of the pp6club platform.
• Report any technical faults or abnormal behaviour encountered during play to the pp6club support team immediately.

Completed game results are final. PP6Club does not accept any disputes regarding valid game outcomes generated by a certified RNG system.

8 Prohibited & Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp6club platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Multiple account ownership — registering or using more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Payment fraud — using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized credit or debit cards for transactions.
• Money laundering — using the pp6club platform to conceal the source of illicit funds or engage in suspicious financial activity.
• Game manipulation — using bots, automated scripts, or any software to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Unlawful collusion — colluding with other players in games that require free and independent competition, such as poker.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your pp6club account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending withdrawals.

PP6Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Indication that your account has been compromised by a third party.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of an inactive account, pp6club will send an email notice before any balance is forfeited. Please ensure the email address registered with pp6club remains active and up to date.

11 PP6Club Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PP6Club is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the Platform, including loss of wagered funds.
• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond pp6club's control.
• Any unauthorized third-party action against your account if it occurs as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

PP6Club reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time based on operational needs, regulatory compliance, or service improvements. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• In-account notice on your pp6club account upon login
• Notification email to your registered address
• Announcement on the pp6club homepage

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, please stop using the Platform and contact pp6club support to close your account.
